Android

Download the app

Install the Android app directly on your phone. Its screens and calculations are bundled, so it works without an internet connection.

  1. Download the APK on your Android phone.
  2. Open the downloaded file and follow Android’s installation prompts.
  3. Open EngrDarwina Planner, then go to Settings to name your companies.
Updating an existing installation

Export a backup first. Install this APK over the existing app without uninstalling it. This build uses the same app identity and signing key as version 1.0.

iPhone

Add to Home Screen

Install the iPhone Home Screen version from Safari. It opens like an app and is designed to work offline after setup.

Open iPhone app

Home Screen web app. No App Store download or IPA file is required.

  1. Open this address in Safari on your iPhone.
  2. Tap Open iPhone app above.
  3. Tap Safari’s Share button, then Add to Home Screen. If shown, keep Open as Web App enabled.
  4. Tap Add, then open the new home-screen icon while connected to the internet.
  5. Wait for Ready offline. Go to Settings and name your companies.

If you opened this link inside WhatsApp or another app, choose to open it in Safari first.

Your records stay with you

Each phone and installation has separate records. Use Settings → Export backup regularly and restore that backup when moving devices. If you used the old app address, export there and restore at the new address.

No tax is calculated. There is only an optional amount you can enter manually. Android signature and browser calculations have been checked; physical Android and iPhone device testing is still needed.
